Right of Withdrawal and Returns Policy
At Vesta London, your satisfaction is everything. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have the right to cancel and return your item.
Withdrawal period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to notify us if you'd like to cancel, no reason needed. Once you've notified us, you have a further 30 days to send the item back to us.
How refunds work
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it's in its original condition, we will process your full refund, including original delivery costs, within 30 days of your notification. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
Alternative options
We understand that returning an item can sometimes be inconvenient, especially with international shipping. If you'd prefer not to send the item back, we may be able to offer alternatives such as a replacement in a different size, or a partial refund without the need to return the item. These alternatives are offered at our discretion and do not replace your right to a full refund upon return, they are simply offered as a faster, easier option if you'd like to avoid the hassle of shipping.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service so your parcel reaches us safely.
Condition of the product
To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back with all original accessories included, and in their original condition and packaging where possible.
How to return
- Email us at info@vesta-london.com to let us know you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions and the return address.
- Pack your item carefully and send it using a tracked service.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund.
A few things to note
Items purchased during general promotions and sales remain eligible for return under this policy. Only items explicitly marked as final sale or clearance, and personalised products, cannot be returned.
