Ordering
Are my pieces in stock?
Yes, every piece you can add to your cart is in stock and ready to be sent out. Once stock runs low, the size or colour will show as sold out.
How will I know my order has been confirmed?
You'll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of ordering. If you can't find it, please check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Email us at info@vesta-london.com with your name and we'll resend it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel, please email us at info@vesta-london.com as quickly as possible with your order number. We'll do everything we can to catch it before it's dispatched. Once an order is on its way, our standard returns policy applies.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not at the moment, but it's something we're looking into for the future.
Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery to the UK typically takes 5 to 12 working days from the moment your order is confirmed. This is made up of 1 to 3 working days for processing and 4 to 9 working days for delivery.
Why does delivery take a little longer than the high street?
At Vesta London, every piece is carefully sourced and sent to you directly from the maker. There's no warehouse middleman, which is how we keep our prices fair without compromising on quality. Good things take a little extra time, and we think it's worth being upfront about that.
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on UK orders over a certain amount. The exact threshold and any applicable fees are shown at checkout.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking email, so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door. You can also track it any time on our Track Your Order page.
Who delivers my order?
We work with Royal Mail to deliver every UK order safely and on time.
Will I have to pay any customs charges?
No. UK orders are not subject to customs charges or import VAT. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 12 working days, please email us at info@vesta-london.com with your order number. We'll look into it straight away and keep you updated until it's resolved.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Right now we focus on UK delivery to give our customers the best possible experience. We may expand in future.
Sizing and Fit
How do I know what size to order?
Every product page has a detailed size guide with UK and EU sizing as well as garment measurements. We strongly recommend checking it before ordering, especially if you're between sizes.
What if I'm between two sizes?
If you're between sizes we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable, relaxed fit. If you'd prefer a more fitted look, stick to your usual size.
Do your pieces run true to size?
Most of our pieces run true to UK sizing. Where a piece runs differently, we mention it on the product page so you know before you buy.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to return it. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and returned in their original packaging where possible. Items that have been worn, altered or damaged cannot be accepted.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@vesta-london.com with your full name, your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 24 hours with your return address and clear next steps.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes. Just let us know in your return email what size or colour you'd like to swap to, and we'll arrange the exchange once we receive your original item back.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return postage is covered by you. We recommend using a tracked service so your parcel reaches us safely. Royal Mail, Evri and DPD are all reliable options.
How long does my refund take?
Once we've received and checked your return, your refund is processed within 7 working days. Depending on your bank, it can take a further 3 to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
Can I return sale items?
Sale and personalised items are non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
We're so sorry if this happens. Please email us at info@vesta-london.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll sort a replacement or full refund right away.

What materials are your pieces made from?
Materials vary by product and are listed on every individual product page, along with care instructions.
How do I care for my Vesta London pieces?
Each product page includes specific care instructions. As a general rule, we recommend washing on a gentle cycle at 30 degrees and air-drying to keep the colour and shape looking their best.
Will the colour match what I see online?
We do everything we can to photograph our pieces accurately, but small variations in colour can happen depending on your screen settings, lighting, and the natural variation in fabric. The actual piece is always as shown as closely as possible.
Are your products ethically made?
We work with carefully selected makers who share our commitment to producing quality pieces in good conditions.
Payment and Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payment options are visible at checkout.
Is it safe to enter my card details on your site?
Yes. Every transaction on Vesta London is processed through a fully encrypted, secure checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Will I be charged in pounds?
Yes, all prices on our site are shown and charged in GBP (£).
Do you offer Klarna or Pay-in-3?
Where available, you'll see Buy Now Pay Later options at checkout including Shop Pay Installments.
